We invite your family or group of up to six persons to stay in our three room bed and breakfast suite as our only visitors. Children, infants and pets are welcome. With only six guests, we will give you excellent personal attention and service. We appreciate your interest in our B&B and hope to hear from You soon.

The family kitchen contains all the usual appliances and a large dining table and chairs. It has a raised fireplace and two walk-in pantries. A Full Breakfast of standard fare is served by Marcus and Lynette from 7:30 to 8:30 am. You are welcome to help yourself to Continental Breakfast items which are available at all times.

Adjoining the kitchen, You will enjoy eating, reading and relaxing in the comfortable screened porch with a love seat, several chairs and two tables.

The living room has a separate outside entrance from the side of the house and is furnished with a couch, chairs, antique desk, heirloom grandfather's clock and a small television connected to AT&T Broadband service. The fireplaced living room connects to all three bedrooms and the kitchen.

The Southeast master bedroom is warmly furnished with a queen size four post canopy bed with luxurious 300 count linens and fine feather pillows, antique bureau and hutch with antique books, chairs, chests, and oriental carpets. Relax on a complimentary sailing excursion aboard our 34 foot sailboat. A typical sailing cruise includes departure from Hyannis Inner Harbor, sailing through the Hyannis Yacht Club anchorage area past more than 200 fine boats and yachts and then through scenic Lewis Bay.

The Eventide is a Catboat class of sailboat, an authentic traditional local design. Catboats were so named because they behave like a cat. They are quick, agile, well-balanced and quiet. She is 34 feet long, has a wide 10 foot beam and a sloop rigged mast 38 feet tall, assuring a steady, smooth, and comfortable ride. We can sail in only 30 inches of water, allowing us to get much closer to coastal attractions than other Hyannis excursion boats.

All guests may have a Free Sailboat Ride on the Catboat Eventide from May to October.
All prices include full breakfast and use of the living room, porch and laundry.
There is a two night minimum and a three night minimum for holiday weekends.
Friday and Saturday must be rented together
There is a $40/night charge for additional person using our cot.
There is a $25/night charge for additional child using our crib.
There is a fee of $10/day/pet and a $50 damage deposit for pets.

Reservations:

To request a reservation: Please Call us at: 508-775-3334 or E-Mail as soon as possible.
We will hold your reservation based on a credit card guarantee by phone or e-mail. (Master Card, Visa or American Express). The credit card guarantee secures your reservation while we await your check.
After your reservation request is accepted, if your stay is for two nights or more, please send a deposit check for at least 50%. If it is only for one night, please send a check for the full amount.

Full balance due is payable upon arrival. For payment of deposit and balance due, we request personal checks, cash, or traveler's checks.

Cancellations:

90% of your deposit will be refunded if you notify us 2 weeks in advance that you will not be able to stay at the B&B as reserved.
Deposits or cancellations received within 2 weeks of arrival are non refundable. On shorter notice, we will make a 90% refund only if we are able to re-rent your room.
In the event of a no show, the deposit will be forfeited and the balance due will be charged to your credit card.

Pets:

You may bring your dog or cat. Your pet MUST be taking an anti-flea medication. Dogs MUST be kept on a leash or a run when outside the house. Please clean up after your pet at all times. Dogs are not allowed on public beaches between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Our cat Lucy lives in the house and avoids guest pets. Our beagles, Riley and Clover, live in the barn.

Location-Our quiet neighborhood is conveniently located near two beautiful warm saltwater beaches on Nantucket sound, 4/10 mile from Orin Keyes Beach (Sea St. Beach) and 1/2 mi. from Hyannis Port East Beach. We are 7/10 mi. from the Hyannis Port Post Office and the Kennedy family neighborhood. Excellent dining, shopping and entertainment is only 6/10 mile away on Main St., Hyannis. Just one and 3/10 miles away at the Ocean Street Docks you can go on a sightseeing cruise of Hyannis and Hyannis Port Harbors, go fishing on any of several charter or party boats or catch a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.
