Fruit Dishes
One egg per person,
Two table-spoons of flour for every egg,
Milk to soften the dough to a creamy consistency,
A touch of salt,
Two table-spoons of sugar,
One apple very finely sliced
Blueberries and strawberries
Oil spray
Two pans, non-stick
Put all the eggs...in one bowl, after you broke them individually in a glass, to
make sure they're OK. Add the flour, the sugar, salt, and mix together until all
becomes a hard dough, even constituency. Add the milk, mixing continuously,
until the mixture resembles the heavy cream. Add the apples.
Spray the pan and hit it up. Pour from the
mixture the amount of a small ladle. Let cook on one side (40-60sec)
and turn. Another 40-60 sec and the crape is done. Continue until you finish the
composition.
In a different pan place the blueberries and
small-cut strawberries. Add two teaspoons of sugar and hit up on medium hit,
mixing continuously. When the fruits are getting soft and the color is bright,
take of the fire and put some amount on the crepe. Roll the crepe and ..enjoy.
You can add some whipped cream on top, or vanilla ice-cream. |
